How to use Fermipan®?

Just simply mix Fermipan® yeast through the flour before adding water or other ingredients.

How to store Fermipan®?

Unopened sachets Fermipan® yeast can be kept for long periods when stored in a cool and dry place. Check the expiry date on the package to see when the activity will become less.
Once you have opened the Fermipan® package and not fully used, re-close the package and store in an air-tight container in the refridgerator. In this way Fermipan® can be kept for another few months. Keep Fermipan® away from moisture to maintain its high activity level.
